Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (the “Policy”) applies to everyone who accesses or uses the research.medlly.org website, the catalog, an Account, or any other part of the Services operated by Medlly LLC. By using the Services you agree to follow this Policy.

You may use the Services to browse the catalog, review product specifications, complete the required attestation, and place Orders for research-use-only materials for legitimate laboratory or in-vitro research conducted by, or under the supervision of, qualified persons. You may use the Services only in a manner consistent with this Policy, the Terms of Service, and applicable law.

You agree that you will not, and will not attempt to:

• use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right;
• acquire, resell, distribute, or transfer any Product for human or animal consumption, or for any diagnostic, therapeutic, clinical, cosmetic, food, or veterinary use;
• misrepresent your identity, age, eligibility, or research intent, or falsify any attestation or registration information;
• circumvent, disable, or interfere with the age and research-use attestation, access controls, or any security feature of the Services;
• engage in fraud, payment fraud, unauthorized use of a payment method, or any scheme to obtain Products or refunds you are not entitled to;
• scrape, crawl, harvest, or use bots, spiders, or other automated means to access, copy, or collect Content, pricing, or account data without our prior written permission;
• post, submit, or transmit any content that describes, recommends, or implies human or animal use of any Product, including reviews, testimonials, dosing, or protocols;
• probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services, breach security or authentication, or access data not intended for you;
• introduce malware, conduct a denial-of-service attack, or otherwise disrupt or impair the integrity or performance of the Services; or
• reproduce, frame, or create derivative works from the Content, or use our trademarks, except as expressly permitted.

If the Services allow you to submit content such as questions or messages, you are responsible for that content and must not submit anything that is unlawful, infringing, misleading, or that describes or implies human or animal use of any Product. We may review, remove, or decline to publish any submitted content at our discretion.

We may investigate suspected violations of this Policy and may take any action we consider appropriate, including issuing a warning, removing content, declining or cancelling Orders, restricting access, and suspending or permanently terminating an Account. Where conduct is unlawful, we may also report it to, and cooperate with, the appropriate authorities.

Our rights under this Policy are in addition to those in our Terms of Service, and our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
