Shipping & Returns

Orders are reviewed and prepared on business days at our Los Angeles, California fulfillment facility. Once your payment is authorized and your research-use attestation is on file, we pack your order for shipment. You will receive an order confirmation, and a shipment notification with tracking once the order leaves our facility.

We may hold, decline, or cancel an order where we have reason to believe a product may be misused, where information is incomplete or inaccurate, or as otherwise described in our Research Use Only Terms.

We ship via established carriers to the address you provide. Shipping is a flat $15 per order, free on orders over $200. Delivery timeframes shown at checkout or in transit are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Each product page lists the recommended storage condition for that material (for example, lyophilized powders kept cold and protected from light). Where a material is temperature-sensitive, we package it appropriately for transit, but you are responsible for promptly receiving the shipment and placing the material into appropriate storage on arrival.

Title and risk of loss pass to you when we deliver the products to the carrier. If a shipment is lost in transit, contact us with your order number and we will help you open a claim with the carrier.

You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, and for ensuring that the purchase, receipt, and use of research materials are lawful in your jurisdiction. We do not offer or ship products where prohibited by law.

Because these are research materials whose integrity depends on controlled storage and handling, all sales are final once a product has shipped, except as required by law. We do not accept returns of opened products.

If a product arrives damaged, or if you receive an incorrect item, you must contact us within seven (7) days of delivery with your order number and supporting photos or documentation. Where a claim is verified, we may, at our discretion, provide a replacement or a refund for the affected item. Please do not return any product without first contacting us and receiving instructions.
